RETURN & EXCHANGE

Our policy is valid for seven days. Refund or exchange is not valid after 7 days of your purchase. We consider a return of the item purchased provided the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It has to be in its original packaging as well. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not return your product to the retailer. 

Only partial refunds are given in the following circumstances: (if appropriate)

Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing parts due to circumstances will be void. Any item that is returned after it has been delivered for more than 7 days.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt)
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must be unused or hasn’t been installed.
  • All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).

Refunds are possible if applicable.

We will send you an email once your return item has been received and inspected. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your transaction is authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original mode of payment within a number of days.

Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)

  • Check your bank account again if you haven’t gotten a refund yet
  • Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.
  • The next step is to call your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.
  • Please email us at-.my if you have not gotten your refund after doing all of this.

Items on sale (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; sadly, sale items are not.

Interactions (if applicable)

You should return your merchandise to the following address:

You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. The time it takes for your returned product to reach you will vary depending on where you reside. If you’re shipping something worth more than RM50, you should use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance.

Every so often, we check on the parcel status for orders shipped with supported logistics. We will request buyers to provide shipment evidence or tracking numbers for us to review “I did not receive my order” claims.

Buyers with suspicious behaviours or activities (e.g. setting up multiple accounts, making incorrect Return/Refund claims) will be placed under a watch list. We will impose stricter policies on suspicious buyers for future Return/Refund requests.

Any return/cancellation due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
